This is not your typical lechon. It comes with ‘olive’ sauce and the meat is much tender. The skin is crunchy, more like fried than roasted.
For the taste, it’s either you like it or hate it since its very different from the lechon or roasted pig we know. So if you are looking for new lechon flavor, this is worth giving a try.
