Kanin Club’s most popular dish is Crispy Dinuguan. Dinuguan is a Filipino savory stew of pork offal and/or meat simmered in a rich, spicy dark gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili, and vinegar (via Wikipedia).
The traditional soft offal/meat is made crunchy and crispy which makes it an instant hit. Sure this dish is not for everyone (some may consider it exotic food). But if you are ‘adventurous’ enough, this is highly recommend.
