Ogetsu Hime / Katsu-Ju

Katsudon is the most common dish I order when trying out new Japanese resto. Ogetsu Hime’s take on my go to dish is quite good. The pork is thick yet so tender. It is paired with mild flavored sauce served on top of Japanese steamed rice. The meal also comes with miso soup.

Also try their Shake Kawa Roll. It is fried salmon skin with katsuboshi, green and orange ebiko, torched mozarella cheese and teriyaki glaze with mayo-wasabi dip. The fried salmon skin remind me of Irvins (less salted egg powder)
